My client are a specialist in providing quality new build housing developments UK wide. The company are going from strength to strength and have opportunities for a Sales Consultant to work on developments around the North West and Lancashire.
They are holding interviews Wednesday 4th December (please only apply if you can attend on this date)
As a Sales Executive you will be focussing on securing reservations off-plan prior to the sales office opening, and afterwards throughout the construction and core phases of our developments. You will play a key role in enabling us to delivering company goals to sell properties on new developments.
" Secure reservations from customers prior to sales office opening by presenting to them in their homes, or mutually convenient neutral locations such as exhibitions and other sales events " Generate sales leads, prospect and sell by securing reservations after the Sales Office opens and to support the Customer Support Executive to secure the maximum number of exchanges " Generate reports of enquirers from the database enquiry system and any other available sources " Make contact with each enquirer to qualify their level of interest and current property situation/affordability " Evaluate the needs of potential customers/third parties and match with available product and gain the customers' commitment to buy by securing a reservation on an available plot " Follow up each enquiry by telephone, no later than 3 days after initial contact and maintain contact as appropriate encouraging customers to make an appointment " Set up appointments to visit prospective customers/third parties at their home or other appropriate public place " Ensuring that you have all required sales aids to hand prior to attending appointments e.g. development plans, flat plans, testimonials, brochures, etc " Re-trawl the database progressively in order to maximise qualified first time visits " Advise prospective customers of associated costs with moving home and promote the services offered including 'Moving Made Easy'/discounts and part exchange, as appropriate " Progress enquiries to the reservation stage before handing over to another sales team member " Submit weekly progress reports on progress with customers " Discuss PR, signage etc with the Marketing Executive " Inform the Sales Manager of any competitor activities
Skills and Experience required
The successful Home Sales Executive must have previous experience selling new build properties with a housebuilder preferably high end properties. The company operate on 7 day sites so the working days will include 1 weekend day and 4 other days (Tues - Sat or Sun - Thurs) Key skills include:
" Smart presentable appearance " Previous experience selling new build houses is essential " Excellent organisational skills " Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines " Professional attitude and approach to work " Ability to competently operate MS office (Word & Excel) " Ability to work to tight deadlines
In return for your skills the successful Sales Executive will be remunerated with a competitive basic salary of up to £22k depending on experience, company car, commission, pension, medical care, life assurance and continued training and development.
