Sales Negotiator - New Build Homes
My client are a new homes developer who have a requirement for an experienced Part Time Sales Negotiator for developments they have in the Lancashire area. This will be covering Tuesday, Wednesday's, holidays and days off (the holidays and days off will be paid as overtime)
The company deliver a wide range of homes from starter homes for first time buyers to 4 bed family homes at affordable prices.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales Negotiator will be focusing on securing reservations off-plan prior to the sales office opening, and afterwards throughout the construction and core phases of our developments. You will play a key role in enabling us to delivering company goals to sell properties on new developments.
Sales Negotiator - duties and responsibilities:
" Day to day responsibility for the administration of site sales and liaison with purchasers, prospective purchases and estate agents to complete transactions
" To ensure the sales centre is fully open according to current company policy
" To attend sales meetings, training and meetings as directed
" Ensure clear site signage, sales offices displays and show home landscape maintenance
" Achieve target sales and prices
" Greeting and qualifying visitors
" Recording customer information and maintain customer enquiry database
" Price negotiation
" Promotional activities
" Checking advertising for position and accuracy
" Produce weekly and monthly reports as requested by Line Manager
" Market research and competitor analysis
" Record customer details at reservation
" Complete and distribute all documentation as required
" Track and record sales, keep in contact with Estate Agents, Lenders and Solicitors
" Keep and record good weekly communication with customers regarding build and sales progress
" Deal with all customer communication and liaise with the construction and regional office
" Work safely at all times to maximise the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues adhering to safety regulations, policy and procedures.
Skills and experience required
This role will be suited to a proven sales driven, passionate and conscientious individual who relishes a certain degree of autonomy, whilst being an integral and valued member of the regional team.
" Previous sales experience selling new homes is beneficial
" Broad product knowledge of the housing market
" Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
" Ability to work unsupervised and to follow procedures
" Flexible, tactful and diplomatic
" IT skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
In return for your skills my client offers a pro rata'd basic salary of £8.8k + a floating commission, company pension, medical care, etc.
