An Award-Winning growing House Builder seek to appoint a Home Sales Executive to work on a site in their Northumberland region.
As a Home Sales Executive your main goal will be to achieve sales targets in accordance with the requirements laid down by the company. You will also be responsible for the administration of the sales and liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers and estate agents.
Meeting with clients, assessing their needs and financially qualifying
Achieving sales targets
Liaising with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents etc)
Market research and competitor analysis
Maintaining the customer database
Recording details of reservations
Completing and distributing all documentation as required

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role you must have experience within property sales
Be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work to sales targets
