We are looking to recruit a Full Time HR & Payroll administrator for our client based in Maidstone, Kent. Our Client is a National Contractor looking for an experienced and reliable HR & Payroll administrator for their offices in Kent.
As the HR & Payroll administrator your main objectives will be to:
Ensure the smooth operation of HR & Payroll
Provide an administration service for contracted personnel
Ensure all supporting documentation is produced accurately and on time
Deal with contract correspondence appropriately and efficiently
Using the latest company I.T systems you will provide an administration service for the HR and Payroll Dept
Support of contracted staff
Deal with internal and external communications and record and or report information
Ensure all necessary contract data, documentation and reports
Ensure all information written and verbal is legible accurate and recorded or passed onto the appropriate person on time
Company processes are followed and have an understanding of the company's policies and procedures
Support individuals who have problems that may affect their performance.
Support Management in meeting the business needs.
Attend meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary.
Deal with Client / Customer queries and or communications professionally and efficiently.
General administration duties.
To apply for this role you must have previous experience within HR & Payroll as an administrator although this is not essential.
The working hours of 40 hrs per week . The Hourly rate of £14.45. The role is to start from 20.11.17 until the 16.2.18
