A main contractor working with a range of projects in the Design and Build sector seek to appoint a IT Network Administrator to work in their vibrant and exciting office. Maintaining COINS user accounts, both creating new and making leavers dormant. Monitoring the central IT HelpStar service desk system for any COINS related issues which have been logged. Prioritising COINS issues which have been logged and taking ownership of them through to resolution. Act as 1st line support to resolve the issue to agreed Service Level Agreements. Escalate calls to 2nd line support (COINS System Manager/IS Trainer/IS Manager) where necessary. Liaise with COINS via their support system, Remedy Force, as 3rd line support where necessary. Guiding users through the Keepmoat Homes Quality Management System where issues logged are process / guidance related. Connecting to remote user's desktops using internal PCSM system to provide support. Holding weekly review call with COINS support representative to establish priority calls open with COINS. General assistance to IS Manager / COINS System Manager / IS Trainer as and when required.
The company pay up to £25k and 20 days holiday (+ statutory holidays)
Qualifications & Experience
Previous IT Network Administration would be an advantage
