The Role As Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the financial and contractual management. You'll need to support some of the Company's most prestigious and exciting contracts and seek to ensure their profitability and viability.
Responsibilities: - Attend and host key meetings internally and externally, maintaining professional standards and promoting the company's standards and values always. - Oversee all tender activity including pricing, preparation and submission. - Procurement documentation and compliance. - Assisting with detailed breakdown of build costs for each stage of work. - Assisting with cost and value reconciliation on all items. - Various administrative duties
Qualifications & Experience: - Construction related Degree / equivalent, ideally Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management. - Previous experience within dry lining is desirable. - You'll ideally be situated locally to the area and understand the geographical industry.
