Land & Partnership Trainee

Salary £15,000 - £19,000 pa (depending on experience) plus full company package
This is an exciting opportunity to join a national, leading housebuilder who due to sustained growth are investing in their land team and seek to appoint a Land & Partnership Trainee.
The main purpose of the role is to assist and support in the pro-active sourcing, management and progression of land and partnership opportunities.
Main duties and responsibilities
Sourcing of information to assist in the preparation and production of regular updates and reports as required by L&P Director and Senior L&P Manager
Develop understanding and assist in legal agreement negotiations on projects
Develop understanding, assist and support to identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business
Develop understanding and assist in developing relationships with partner organisations and other companies to advance scheme progress and explore additional opportunities
Involvement in Community Engagement and Investment
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have an interest in land acquisition and land sourcing for residential use. You will be interested in developing your career with a volume housebuilder. We are looking for a candidate who is committed, motivated and genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity. You must have strong I.T skills (Microsoft packages) and be able to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen. Being able to multi-task and prioritise your workload is essential

For this exciting opportunity our client offers a negotiable salary from £15,000 - £19,000 pa and career development working for a top ten, national house builder. There is also a bonus scheme in place based on company performance. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm and 26 days holidays plus bank holidays.
