Land & Partnership Coordinator
Tyne & Wear
Salary £40k pa (depending on experience) plus full company package
This is an exciting opportunity to join a national, leading housebuilder who due to sustained growth are investing in their land team and seek to appoint a Land & Partnership Coordinator.
The main purpose of the role is to assist and support in the pro-active sourcing, management and progression of land and partnership opportunities in line with the Regional Business Strategy.
Main duties and responsibilities
Assist and support to identify, assess and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, in accordance with the company's Quality Management System.
Provide support in regards to managing, writing and co-ordinating bid responses.
Assist in legal agreement negotiations on projects with clients and solicitors.
Assist with the delivery of Community Engagement & Investment projects throughout the Region.
Ensure that files in relation to the Quality Management System and key legal documents are correctly stored and updated.
Preparation and production of regular updates and reports as required by the Head of the Department.

For this exciting opportunity our client offers a negotiable salary up to £40k pa plus a grade three car or car allowance; and career development working for a top ten, national house builder. There is also a bonus scheme in place based on company performance. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm and 26 days holidays plus bank holidays.
