Salary: Up to £25000 per annum + plus excellent bonus

A busy house builder seeks to appoint an experienced Legal Executive to join their regional offices in Lancashire. The company specialise in new build properties ranging from starter homes for first time buyers to detached 4 bed family homes across the North West region.
As a Legal Executive you will be reporting to the Sales Manager and Sales Director you will be responsible for effectively administering and coordinating all aspects of the legal process of house sales ensuring the delivery of key targets.
Legal Executive key accountabilities:
" To understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy " Check information is correct on reservation forms, plot schedules, customer profiles and chain progression sheets " Update sales system with all new reservations and forward to appointed Solicitor " Monitor the progress of all reservations through to legal completion " Provide forecast of contracts and legal completions on a weekly basis " Check all details on contracts when received from Solicitors " Serve notice to appointed Solicitor when plots complete and issue final accounts to the Solicitor for legal completion " Show all incentives on the completion statements and forward to Accounts
The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a similar environment either with a house builder in the Legal team or for an Estate Agency as a Sales Progressor or Contract Chaser. Additional skills and abilities required are:

In return for your skills my client offers a salary of £20k-£25k plus excellent quarterly bonus and company benefits including 25 days holidays, pension, healthcare, annual bonus and further training and development. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
