We are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator for a year's placement for a Housing Association based in Leeds. Our Client is a recognised Housing Association looking for a reliable and experienced Lettings Administrator for their offices in Leeds.
The Client looks after hundreds of properties in the Yorkshire area and you will be working within the Lettings Department looking after all the Administration for the team. This is a very busy, lively department so candidates will need to be target driven and hard working. You will need the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative.
Tasks will include day to day Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to tenants, updating files, data input, tenancy agreements etc.

This role is to start ASAP and will run until 16th August 2019 (1 Year). The rate is £14.56ph.
