Salary: £40000 - £42000 per annum + company vehicle, mileage, pension
My client are a Social Housing Contractor in the North West, specialising in planned and reactive maintenance and voids to Social Housing properties across the region.
They currently have a requirement for an experienced Contracts Manager/Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a long term contract with a local Social Housing provider. You will be managing both day to day responsive maintenance and voids.
You will be reporting in to the Director of the company and will be responsible for:
Managing a team of Tradesman, supervising and monitoring their work
Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
Monitoring health and safety
Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
Supervising subcontractors quality of work
Promote and enhance the company image
Attend weekly staff meetings
Being point of contact for the client, liaising with them effectively and professionally.
The successful candidate must have experience in managing similar schemes in the Social Housing sector and have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
