An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Administrator to join a growing house builder.
My client are a specialist in providing quality new build housing. The company are going from strength to strength and have a new opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join their Sales and Marketing team based in Teesside.
The main purpose of your role will be to provide administrative support to the Marketing Team. This is also an opportunity to grow with the business and develop your career in Marketing, progressing by taking on more responsibility within the department aside from administration.
" Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activity by analysing statistics and updating reports. This includes in depth use of Google Analytics. " Updating the company website " Ordering artwork and liaising with external agencies " Dealing with and updating purchase orders " Being a point of contact in the office for marketing queries for both the sales and marketing team. " Assist in ensuring all developments have appropriate amounts of sales brochures on site and that all of the information is up to date and accurate " Assist in the administration and preparing of monthly reports detailing all marketing activities " Assist in the administration of compiling research reports and analysis utilising the marketing database " General office admin and telephone work
Skills & Experience Required
" Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification would be preferred " Must be computer literate and be familiar with digital marketing and Microsoft Office suite, must have experience in using Excel. " Strong administration and communication skills " Confident with analysing information and data entry " Proactive, motivated by nature and very organised " Ambitious with the desire to progress to Marketing Executive " Experience in using Wordpress preferred " The ability to adapt, and be efficiently reactive when required
In return for your skills you will offered a basic salary of 20k plus additional company benefits and the opportunity to work for a growing company.
