Regional Marketing Coordinator
My client are a privately owned housebuilder delivering new build properties for first time buyers through to family homes. Their North West region have an opening for a Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales team in their North West Office.
Regional Marketing Coordinator
Based in the North West office in Warrington, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our client's business, a fast moving business with excellent prospects.
The Regional Marketing Assistant will have responsibilities for the general day to day marketing activity required to support the regional sales teams
To ensure that all marketing material is up to date, ensuring its consistent with all regions
To assist with administration of the regions portal and website pages on a day to day basis and ensuring that all marketing collateral is delivered on time and on brand
Duties & responsivities include:
Websites:-
" Ensure content on the client's website is accurate and up to date including:
o Updating images ensuring new photography is taken where needed
o Updating development and plot copy
o Ensuring the correct plots are listed at the correct price
o Updating development news and offers.
" Ensure property portal are accurate and up to date making the best use of all added features and benefits and that the feeds are fully accurate.
" Liaising with the portals on the requirements on any extra products to ensure these are on brand and being best utilised.
" Management of any agent listings on portals.
Development Literature:-
A Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the correct information is provided to the relevant departments in a timely manner ensuring all developments have sales collateral when required:
" Implementation of the sites specific marketing plans in the marketing meetings ensuring the relevant internal and external departments are briefed thoroughly and within agreed timescales and brand guidelines.
o Briefing of adverts and emailers to agency in correct timelines and within guidelines
o Briefing of mailers to graphics as early as possible ensuring copy is completed
" Ensuring all regional approvals are fed back to the relevant internal and external departments
" Advise media buyer of requirements and approvals
" Provide advice and support to the regional sales team on copy style, proposition and positioning in line with the 'brand guidelines'
" Briefing of agency on all potential PR opportunities as discussed with sales managers and ensuring these are approved for release
" Briefing of agency on any relevant social media posts or stories and ensuring these are approved for release
" Providing detail to the media agency for the management of Pay Per Click activity for all new and existing developments
" Providing the agency with the correct details so all on and offline activity can be completed
" Ensuring all copy used is within guidelines and best describes the proposition and development. This can be briefed to external agencies or teams to be written
CRM and Database:-
" Ensuring messages are being sent on both a regional and development level using email and SMS from contact builder as per the regional planners
" Ensuring the agency are updated on any required database changes
Reporting:-
" Reporting on database size
" Reporting on visitors to the developments and any response
" Feeding back any information from the developments or Sales Managers into the marketing meetings so agency can use in reporting
" Ensuring the agency are made aware of any details that may affect Google analytics or the management of databases such as Site name change, coming soon sites.
Skills & Experience required
" Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
" Excellent written English with accurate spelling and grammar
" Excellent communication skills
" Ability to work to brand guidelines
" Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
" Knowledge of CMS systems advantageous
" Have a degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
" Flexible and adaptable and ability to multi-task
" Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
" Driving license advantageous
