An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join my client to manage all commercial marketing activities within the region. Based in the Yorkshire Region.
My client is a respected national house builder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service. They believe in building homes safely, in a way which is considerate to the environment and delighted their customers with a product and experience which recognises that buying a new home is a significant lifetime purchase.
To be a custodian of the client's brand and develop successful, customer focused marketing strategies and ensure that they are implemented consistently across the company. To manage the Marketing function providing service to the Regional Business
" Be a custodian of the brand " Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency " Apply standard brand principles to all existing documentation
" Development an annual Marketing plan, including standardised seasonal campaigns in conjunction with Regional Head of Sales " Develop marketing strategies for the new geographical areas of business expansion and new product/service lines when and where appropriate " Create, share and implement innovative Marketing concepts, working closely with the Digital Media Project Manager to make the best use of IT " Source and select appropriate, cost effective external support consultancies.
" Manage, train and develop directly reporting staff " Maintain a robust forward planning system ensuring reliable delivery of point of sale and communication materials to Sales Offices. " Ensure external Consultancies/Agencies/Suppliers are engaged on contracts with clearly defined objectives, and that they are reviewed and managed effectively and to meet business needs.
" Actively contribute to developing products and services to attract potential and delight actual customers " Work with the Regional Customer Care Managers to ensure that full marketing support is given to achieving 5 star rating " Carry out market research for current and future projects " Develop the customer analysis process.
Marketing Manager - Key Skills and Requirements:
" Knowledge of the home buying process and schemes involved would be ideal but not essential. " Have a HND/Degree in Marketing or Qualified by equivalent experience " Experience in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Google Analytics is advantageous whilst a sufficient knowledge of IT systems; including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop is desirable
