The Role - Marketing Manager
Due to the changes over the past 12 months 3B has had to adapt into a much more digital focussed business, we're proud of what we've achieved in the past 12 months and we have ambitious plans for the future - to help make these plans a reality we're looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Directors and working from our Head Office in Wigan (COVID permitting), the main purpose of this role is to oversee all marketing activity for the company to ensure 3B is successfully promoted as a market leader and to generate ideas to help us stay ahead of the competition.
A full job description will be provided, however key duties will include:
Develop and execute both the marketing strategy and marketing plan in line with company objectives
Plan and oversee all promotional campaigns executed by the marketing team
Work closely with the sales team to ensure all marketing activity is aligned with sales activity
Ensure effective analysis of routes to market to ensure improved performance across all channels
Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure a healthy return on investment
Ensure the continuous improvement and growth of the 3B Training website
Manage the integration between the website and third party systems such as CRM, payment gateway and eLearning platforms.
Regularly generate ideas for new campaigns, ideas or improvements
Manage segmentation to ensure we promote the right courses to the right audience
Ensure we effectively remarket to our existing customer base to aid customer retention
Generate and identify opportunities to raise 3B's brand awareness
Ensure GDPR compliance in all areas of marketing
Manage the marketing team
The Person - Marketing Manager
The ideal Marketing Manager will:
Hold a Marketing (or similar) degree or higher level CIM qualification
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing role
Have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and common marketing software such as Wordpress, MailChimp etc.
Experience managing a team
Excellent communication skills
Be able to generate your own workload and ideas
Be analytical, results driven and commercially aware
Have exceptional attention to detail
The Pay - Marketing Manager
In reward for your skills and experience you will be offered a salary that is negotiable depending on experience as well as 23 days holiday, plus public holidays. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
