A National Home Builder is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team based in their Worcester Office, covering both the East and West regions. They are looking to pay up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
Management of day to day marketing activities including working within the marketing budget as set by the Area Sales Director.
Supporting the Area Sales Director with the implementation of the marketing strategy and promotion of sales for the East & West Midlands and advising the sales team on brand and advertising guidelines.
Coordinating the marketing team re: new site openings, relaunches and other promotional activities and co-ordinate the preparation on press statements for media enquiries.
Liaising with the Commercial department to ensure budgets are maintained and highlight any issues.
Roll out initiatives as instructed by the Group Sales Director and Area Sales Director and be responsible for setting up and monitoring developments with Infinity Tracking and creation of campaigns.
Assist in gathering the marketing information for LAF documents
Attend Marketing Managers meetings.
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of up to £40k dependent on experience with a benefits package.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Great communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop
Experience of CRM systems- ideally Salesforce and Google analytics
Previous experience of managing marketing activities for a busy Sales / Marketing function is essential
Qualified to a minimum HND / Degree in Marketing or qualified by equivalent experience.
