Currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor for a New Build Housing Company based in the Leeds area. This is a full-time temp to perm position (12 week contract with view to becoming permanent). The ideal candidate for the Sales progressor position will have experience working within Sales Progression either for a New Build Developer or within Estate Agency.
Ensure that each sale is actively chased and facilitated by liaising with solicitors, sales agents, purchasers and other key parties as necessary.
To operate with incoming and outgoing telephone calls to clients, solicitors and any other 3rd parties in connection with conveyancing matters.
Update the companys reporting system with all relevant information, including regular updates to the clients.
Use your understanding of the conveyancing journey to problem solve and overcome any challenges with the sale thus preventing sales falling through.
Ensure 28 Day Exchanges and meet Completion Deadlines.
The company are looking to pay between £20,000- £25, 000 pro rata.
Qualifications & Experience
Excellent Customer service and communication skills.
Accurate administration skills
Organisational and prioritisation skills.
A pro active and "can do" approach.
A good understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel
Be Target Driven and work in a fast pace environment
Previous experience within a Sales Progressor role (Desirable)
