New Homes Sales Administrator (Part Time) - New build properties
My client are a leading specialist property developer who undertake property conversions that are complex and bespoke. They are looking for a New Homes Sales Administrator to join their development in the Lancaster. The properties consist of 2 bedroom luxury apartments and 3 storey detached homes.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the customers and outstanding support to the Sales Consultants
Key Competencies of a New Homes Sales Administrator
o Excellent presentation & communication skills o Service driven, positive, friendly and professional o Flexible, adaptable to change, resilient under pressure o Excellent administrative and organisational skills o Understanding of property sales process from reservation to completion o Able to read sales plans, site plans, and understand 1-50 drawings o Ability to check show homes and maintain required presentation standards o Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Required Experience
" New Homes, Estate Agency, Conveyancing, Mortgage/Finance or similar property sector experience " Understanding of conveyancing and property sales escalation " Understanding of mortgage and finance " Driving license/own transport preferred The company offer a starting salary between £17,500 (pro-rata)
