My client requires an Experience New Homes Sales Executive for a new development in Telford, Shropshire.
The successful applicant must have previous experience in new build property sales, knowledge and experience of selling properties off plan.
Salary: £18k-£20k (depending on experience), £350-£400 commission, quarterly bonus and mileage.
The site will be 100+ units and is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to assist with the site set up and run the development from start to finish.

We have a new requirement for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a new development based in Telford
The company are an established builder who operate across the North West and North Wales delivering high quality new homes. The company are going through a growth period and have a number of new developments staring in 2018.
They have a new site launching in Telford with 100 plus units and they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to start as soon as possible to assist with the site set up and run the development.
New Homes Sales Executive role
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be focusing on securing reservations off-plan throughout the construction and core phases of the development. You will play a key role in enabling us to delivering company goals to sell properties on new developments.
Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
Become the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
Proactively search for target customers and create appointments. Follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction
Undertake inspections and introduce the customer to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and ensure the 'after care' of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.

Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.

Experience & Skills required
The successful New Homes Sales Executive must have new build homes sales experience and be willing to work at key selling times (weekends and bank holidays) and drive and have transport. You will ideally come from the local area and will have good knowledge of the property market in the Telford area. You will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and under strict timescales.
What's on offer?
The successful Sales Executive will be offered a competitive basic salary of £18k - £20k, plus commission, quarterly bonus of £1,500, 3% bonus of options and extras, mileage, pension and 25 days holidays (bank holiday are given in lieu).
