We are looking to recruit a Permanent Branch Administrator for a Social Housing contractor based in Bristol. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for an experienced and reliable Branch Administrator for their offices in Bristol.
As the Branch Administrator your main objectives will be to: Ensure the smooth operation of an area office Provide an administration service for contract personnel Ensure all support documentation is produced accurately and on time Deal with contract correspondence appropriately and efficiently Support the implementation of the Customer Service Charter and relevant training
Using the latest company I.T systems you will provide an administration service in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tenders Ordering of goods, materials and services Support of contract and support staff Deal with internal and external communications and record and or report information Ensure all necessary contract data, documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time Ensure all information written and verbal is legible accurate and recorded or passed onto the appropriate person on time Company processes are followed and have an understanding of the company's policies and procedures Support individuals who have problems that may affect their performance. Support Management in meeting the business needs. Attend meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary. Deal with Client / Customer queries and or communications professionally and efficiently.
To apply for this role you must have previous experience within office administration and also of managing a working office and team. The annual Salary is £23k.
