An Award-Winning House Builder seeks to appoint an Operations Administrator to be based in their Leeds Office.

They look to employ an Operations Administrator in order to provide support to their Operations, Sales and Customer Care teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and have experience working within the Construction or House Building Industry. The role involves a 37.5 hour working week, and in return pays a competitive salary of £17-£18K, along with a generous benefits package.
Provision of efficient administrative support to our variety of departments
Effective support to the Operational, Sales and Customer Care team
Carry out general secretarial and administrative duties including typing of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and filing for managers and/or departments.
Upload drawings onto Project Plus.
Managing build monitor.
Liaising with Project/Site Managers inputting progress.
Be involved in the Customer Care journey/experience.
Targeting customers for NHBC.

Take telephone calls and messages for departments and make any relevant appointments, both internal and external
Liaise with both internal and external customers where required
Ensure a flexible approach in meeting departmental administrative requirements.
Deal with telephone queries as they arise in a prompt and effective manner.
Ensure accuracy in relation to written correspondence and verbal communication.
The company pay a competitive salary of £17,000- £18, 000 DOE, along with a generous holiday allowance of 26 days plus bank holidays.
The package also includes private medical insurance, death in service, and a pension scheme.
Qualifications & Experience
Excellent general administrative skills
Excellent telephone manner
Strong skills with Microsoft Office
Previous experience working within administration in the Construction Industry, preferably for a House Builder.
