Our client is a regional building contractor that specialise in reactive and planned maintenance within the retail, leisure and brewery sectors. Owing to the award of a long term responsive maintenance contract around the North of England, they are urgently seeking to appoint a Reactive Maintenance Manager to head up the running of the newly created department. This is an exciting time to join a company very early on in its growth stage. You will be instrumental in pushing the business plans forward and with that will come promotion and greater responsibilities.
The main duties of the role will be to oversee the reactive side of the business, taking in emergency calls and directing and delegating work to various trades' on public houses, hotels, other owned units that the client owns. Organising and Planning for the works, introducing new working systems into the company. Strong Managerial & Communicational skills needed.
