Looking to strengthen the support functions within the business, they seek a forward-thinking PA to support the directors of the business on a part time basis. Managing a handful of busy diaries, you'll be looking after their time while offering day to day assistance with general administrative duties throughout the business. Hours agreed can be flexible.
- Manage the diaries of the business directors, ensuring their time is utilised effectively and they do not double-book. - Overseeing day to day administration of the business with a direct link to the current admin and finance staff. - Attend regular meetings, acting as a focal point for external consultants, clients and stakeholders. - Effective communication with clients, suppliers, external consultants and colleagues through to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience within a PA role - Previous construction industry experience is highly desirable but not essential for the right person
