Performance Manager Social Housing - Planned & Reactive Maintenance ASAP - 3-6 Month Contract Birmingham £28-32k PAYE plus Company Van & Fuel Card
My Client is one of the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide every year. They are looking to recruit 2 Performance Managers for their Planned & Reactive Maintenance projects in Birmingham.
Working alongside the Repairs Supervisors, you will be required to monitor and maintain the programme and quality of works on their Maintenance contract in Birmingham.
Monitoring the programme of works Completing post job audits Checking the quality of all planned & reactive works Ensuring all works are being completed within set deadlines Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being followed Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget Feeding back progress reports to the Management team
MUST HAVE previous experience of working on Social Housing, Planned & Reactive Maintenance contracts at Management level Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (although this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this online prior to commencing with the Client) High Level of understanding of Health & Safety requirements and procedures High level of understanding of programme of works Must be able to complete post job audits Must be able to complete quality checks CSCS Card (Essential)
3-6 Month Contract £28-32k Plus Company Van & Fuel Card You will also have the opportunity of working with a leading National Social Housing Contractor with progression opportunities.
