Planned Maintenance Site Manager Kitchen & Bathroom Contract Temporary to Permanent Northwest £240 Per Day Umbrella PAYE plus Company Van & Fuel Card
My Client is one of the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide every year. They are looking for an additional Planned Maintenance Site Manager for their Northwest projects.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be overseeing a kitchen & bathroom refurbishment/upgrade project and will be required to manage, monitor and maintain the programme of works on their stock of houses in the Northwest region.
Managing and monitoring direct trades, sub-contractors and agency staff
Checking the quality of all Planned works
Ensuring all works are being completed within set deadlines
First Line of command for all trades, labour and sub-contractors on site
Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being followed
Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
Feeding back progress reports to the Management team
Managing and maintaining programme of works
Checking works for any snagging to be completed
Must have previous experience of working on Social Housing projects at a Supervisory/Site Manager level
Must have previous experience of managing Kitchen & Bathroom contracts
Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (although this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this online prior to commencing with the Client)
High Level and understanding of Health & Safety requirements and procedures
CSCS Card (Desirable but not essential)
