Looking to strengthen their Land & Planning Team, an exciting vacancy for a Planner / Senior Planner has arisen to take the reins on identifying new land opportunities and moving them through to delivery. You'd be responsible for taking the lead on this for the region and working in tandem with colleagues and external consultants oversee all design, planning applications, consent negotiations and liaising with consultants and local authorities.
- Identifying and promoting new land opportunities for the business - Working with an established team of professionals and external consultants to oversee design and planning applications - Negotiations with local authorities and governing bodies - Visiting sites, researching policies, organising exhibitions and writing reports - Liaising with a diverse range of consultants, both in house and external, from architects to archaeologists
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in related profession, ie. Town Planning - Minimum 5 years previous experience within a developer, consultant or local authority - RTPI qualified or working towards
