We are looking to recruit a Planner for a Housing Association based in Leeds. Our Client is a large Housing Association looking for a reliable and experienced Planner for their project in Leeds.
Your official title will be Business Planning & Support Administrator. Working direct for the Housing Association, you will be based on the Gas Services team carrying out a Planning & Administrator role. The role will be predominately working on the Gas Responsive Repairs project. You will be required to make outbound and receive inbound calls from tenants in relation to repairs and maintenance that need carrying out at their properties.
Planner duties will include: Managing operatives diaries Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively Liaising with operatives, tenants and the Client Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked Work towards individual and client KPI's Calling residents to book pot inspections Calling residents to undertake a customer satisfaction survey Providing a tracking report via our tracker on operatives arrival & departure times throughout the day Use of an in house Computer system
Planner applicants must: Be able to prioritise work load Have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner Be well organised Be able to work in a fast paced environment Be able to handle challenging situations i.e. from a concerned tenant Be computer literate and proficient in IT packages such as Word & Excel Work effectively in team Have previous experience in Planning/Scheduling works is essential Have good Administrative skills
The role is to start with effect from 20th August 2018 and will run for 6 weeks, however, if your work is of a high standard, they may look at extending the initial minimum term. The hourly rate is £14.28ph.
