The Client Our Client are a family run civils contractor with a turnover of about £5m. Due to the rapid growth within their company they are currently seeking a Project Administrator/Document Controller to join their team based in Bury St Edmunds. Salary would be between £22k - £24k depending on experience.
The Role You will be working very closely with the planner and the rest of the commercial team. As their team is growing you will be involved in all aspects of the business. This could include going to meetings to minute take, assist in organising presentations for the team to present to keeping the office generally organised.
Responsibilities: - Document control - General administrative duties - Copy, scan, archive/file documents appropriately - Ensuring consistency and presentation of any documents - QA checking - Distribution of documentation to consultants, subcontractors and project teams - Reporting - Compiling data - Assisting with tender package documentation - Diary management for the team
Qualifications & Experience - Experience in the Construction industry would be advantageous - Previous Document Controller / Technical Administrator / Administrator experience is ideal
