Roof Access and Fall Protection provider looking to add a Project Co-ordinator to join their growing team.
You will be joining their growing team, to help the business with all tasks including the design of roof access, façade access and fall protection safety systems using AutoCAD.
Wirral based office.
Specialist designer, supplier, installer and tester of permanent roofing access equipment and fall protection systems.
An access equipment, technical services and fall protection provider who can provide a range of services and maintenance to keep people safe whilst working at great heights.

The Role - Project Co-ordinator
The company are looking to add a Project Co-ordinator to join their growing team, to help the business with all tasks including the design of roof access, façade access and fall protection safety systems using AutoCAD.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and growing business with plenty of scope for future progression. Full product training to be provided by employers.
Construction related experience is preferred but not essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Project Co-ordinator will include the following duties (but will not be limited to):-
Managing multiple, short duration installation & maintenance projects nationwide
Work closely with Estimating Team
Production of RAMS
Ensuring client satisfaction during projects and at handover
Preparing installation & re-test certificates for project handover
Dealing with minor contractual matters
Submitting payment applications
Keeping up-to-date with industry best practice
Reporting to the Contracts Director
Ensuring profit margins are maintained
In order to be progressed to the next stage it is essential that you have the following skills:-
Strong IT Skills
Be able to take-off drawings
Experience of reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications
Excellent verbal communications skills to all levels of staff
Excellent written communication skills to all levels of staff
Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
Excellent organisation skills
In return for your skills the company is looking to offer a basic salary of £20,000 - £28,000 (based on experience) plus regular company incentives.
Full Time Role: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm & Friday, 8am - 4pm.
