My client is a Social Housing Contractor who works regionally on a number of projects within the East Midlands area. Due to business needs they are currently looking to recruit an established Project Manager to work on regional livestream projects of kitchen and bathroom schemes and also looking after varying external works on a number of properties.
Reporting to the Contacts manager, you will be working out of their office in Nottingham with the following roles and responsibilities:
Liaise with the client and take briefs, attend meetings
Source suitable materials
Produce quotations and manage prices within the brief
Place orders and keep to budgets constrained by the project
Arrange labour and transport for installation of works
Produce H&S documentation in line with the group policy
Ensure the contract is delivered to the quality parameters expected by the client
Working under tight deadlines
