Regional Commercial Refurbishment and Fit Out Contractor looking for experienced Project Managers to join their team.
Working on fast paced office, retail and leisure projects across the North West & Yorkshire.
Offering a basic salary of £50K - £60K plus company package.
My client is a fast growing, award winning refurbishment and fit-out company delivering schemes across office, retail, educational and leisure sectors. Projects value from £300K - £3M dependent on size and works required.
As their entering into another year of delivering high profile projects across the North West and Yorkshire for well-respected technology, legal, financial and retail clients there is the requirement for Project Managers to join their team.
The Role - Project Manager (Major Projects)
As part of our planned expansion they are now looking to add experienced and talented Project Manager to their team.
You will be working very closely with the client and stakeholders in what is a challenging and exciting major refurbishment of a 1970's building. Works will include the removal and replacement of the external façade, major mechanical and electrical upgrades in addition to roof and full refurbishment over a number of floors.
With the help of an established delivery team you will review and update construction programmes, co-ordinate sub-contractors, manage risk and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:-
Approve sub-contractors, including programmes and method statements.
Chair and hold meetings with client, subcontractors and delivery teams.
Ensure, quality, safety, profitability and overall delivery is achieved.
The successful candidate must have experience in managing fit out and refurbishment projects, the role requires someone with great communication skills and a proven track record in the delivery complicated projects as you will be joining a financially stable business that prides itself in the development of long term relationships.
You must also have a recognised construction qualification as well as SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card and First Aid tickets.
You must be happy to travel across both the North West and Yorkshire areas.
In return, you will benefit from a basic salary of £50 - £60k plus car allowance, health package, pension and training.
