The Client Our client is a vibrant, growing social housing refurbishment provider based in Essex, undertaking a range of maintenance and void refurbishment work across the South, including London. Due to continued expansion, they require a Project Manager to join the team to support the continued management of their projects.
The Role You'll be responsible for the management of a range of social housing refurbishment work across their geographical area, working closely with well-known housing associations and local authorities.
Responsibilities: Ensuring Projects are scheduled for works to complete on time and to budget Overseeing direct and sub-contract labour, resources and materials Ensuring a pro-active approach to Health & Safety, ensuring projects follow company procedures and legal legislation Maintaining a positive relationship with the client, offering a professional service to ensure smooth running of the project Ensuring quality control is adhered to and works are completed to the highest possible standard
Qualifications & Experience It is highly desirable to be bi-lingual, in both Lithuanian and English Degree in Construction Management or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience working on social housing schemes or within general contracting.
