My client is a high end high quality housebuilding Contractor, who work regionally on 2 - 5 bed homes. As a result of taking on new developments; and with a healthy pipeline of work in the Yorkshire and North West regions; they are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit team.

Responsibilities

Budget Forecasting
Pre & post tender
Monthly valuations
Undertake Material & Plant reconciliations weekly.
Administration of Drawing Revisions & Site Records.
Adhere to Management Plan.
Support the production of monthly CVR.
Understanding of cash management.
Form Relationships with Subcontractors.
Understand other site job functions.
Communication with Site Team.
Promote Company Image.
Ensure that the supply chain is paid in accordance with the contract.
Form relationships with the supply chain

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who has at least five years' experience in the new build residential sector; in addition to a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction based subject.

You must have a full driving licence, as travel will be required to sites.

The salary on offer is up to £50k + package.
