My client are a National Construction Company who have a temporary requirement for a Receptionist based on a site in Manchester.
This role is to start on the 28th September 2017 and the cover will run until the 15th October 2017.
The skills/duties required for this job are:-
Ability to answer the phone professionally and direct calls accordingly.
To take clear and concise messages when phone lines are unavailable.
To arrange and diarise meetings accordingly.
Welcome in visitors and staff.
It is essential to have had previous experience of working as a receptionist, due to the candidate being the first face of the company. You must be efficient, organised and approachable, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch. In return the company offer an hourly rate of £8.41.
