An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to work on a temporary contract in Sheffield.
My client provides independent living properties and services to vulnerable adults and the elderly. They are looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist to start on the 15th November until 10th December to be based on the accommodation site in Sheffield which supports independent living.
Main duties are meeting and greeting visitors and residents, to answer any incoming calls, to assist with any queries and general administration duties. This position is a temporary, part-time role, working hours are 9am - 5pm on a Wednesday and Friday and 11am - 3pm on a Saturday and Sunday. The hourly rate is £9.33.
The Experience Required
Previous experience as an Administrator/Receptionist
Excellent Customer Service skills
Confident, polite, friendly and professional manner
A working knowledge of MS Office
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Flexibility to adapt to a changing workload
