We are looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist for a New Build Housing Contractor based in Milton Keynes, MK7. Our Client is a National New Build Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Receptionist for their busy offices in Milton Keynes.
The Client is one of the top house building contractors and based from their offices in Milton Keynes they are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact.
You will be required to take all initial incoming calls and distribute effectively throughout the office and meet and greet all incoming visitors. Duties will also include data input, filing, photocopying, scanning paperwork, taking deliveries and booking meeting lunches.
The candidate should have an excellent telephone manner and be friendly and professional to all incoming visitors. The candidate should also be computer literate and be able to quickly learn and adapt to an in house computer system. Candidates must have previous experience of call handling and meeting and greeting customers/clients.
To apply for this role, you must have at least 2 year's experience working in an office carrying out Administrative or Receptionist duties. You must also be experienced in IT packages such as Word & Excel.
