A busy developer are looking to recruit a Receptionist to work in their Manchester City Centre Head Office on a temporary basis.
The main purpose of the position is to deliver a high quality Customer Service, other duties will include, but not be limited to;
Running the reception/Front of house desk
Liaise daily with clients and customers to resolve any quires, update on available appointment slots
Be first point of contact for visitors and staff
Update the database as required daily
Carry out all duties with regard to Health and Safety legislation
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, having worked in a busy front of house position before.
The successful candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and coming from a construction background would be advantageous.
This is a temporary position, starting ASAP and running for approximately 8 weeks. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The rate on offer for this position will be approx. £9ph UMB.
