We are looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist for a Social Housing Contractor based in Cossington, Leicester, LE7. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Receptionist for their busy offices in Leicester.
The Client runs several different types of Social Housing & Construction contracts from their offices in Leicester and you will be the first point of contact.
You will be required to take all initial incoming calls and distribute effectively throughout the office. Duties will also include data input, filing, photocopying, scanning paperwork and typing documents as required.
The candidate should have an excellent telephone manner as well as the ability to prioritise their workload and incoming calls. The candidate should be computer literate and be able to quickly learn and adapt to various in house computer systems. Knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance is also highly desirable. Candidates should also have previous experience of call handling and meeting and greeting customers/clients.
To apply for this role, you must have at least 2 year's experience working in an office carrying out Administrative or Receptionist duties. You must also be experienced in IT packages such as Word & Excel.
The role is to start with effect from 2nd August 2017 and will run until 1st September 2017 (1 Month). The rate is £9.00ph and you will be required to carry out 40 hours per week. You must be able to provide contact details for us to obtain a reference prior to you starting the role.
