Due to growth in the business, we have an excellent opportunity for a competitive Recruitment Consultant in our Bolton branch who is hungry to succeed in a professional sales environment with lots of earning potential. You will be working on an established desk with the opportunity to develop your own client base with excellent career progression opportunities.
This will involve placing a range of White Collar construction professionals from Administrators to Site Managers & Quanitity Surveyors on temporary assignments. The desk will involve working with a comprehensive range of regional and national building contractors that specialise in construction projects.
Recruitment Consultant responsibilities include:
identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
developing the candidate database and generating of candidates
negotiating and agreeing candidate payment rates in order to maintain margins
matching requirements of candidates to clients in order to make successful placements
ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times

Experience Required & Package
This would suit a Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 years' experience and a construction background but other recruitment sectors will be considered.
Bromak invest heavily in training and career development with their main goal to develop talent organically allowing trainees and Recruitment Consultants to be upskilled and be successful in becoming Managing Consultants, Divisional Managers and Regional Directors in the years ahead.
The basic salary on offer for this role is £20,000 - £24,000 with a generous, uncapped commission scheme. We also offer monthly top biller incentives and prizes including vouchers, early Friday finishes and team / corporate entertaining events.
