Bromak currently have a role available to run the White Collar temporary recruitment desk in the Midlands. This will involve placing a range of construction professionals including but not limited to Site Supervisors, Site Managers, Office Support, Quantity Surveyors and Project/Contracts Managers on temporary assignments. The desk will involve working with a comprehensive range of regional and national building contractors that specialise in commercial, education, residential, health & leisure and industrial construction projects.
The location of the office is currently Lichfield, with plans to relocate to Tamworth towards the end of the year.
You will be working on an established desk with the opportunity to develop your own client base.
You will be responsible for:-
identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
developing the candidate database and generating of candidates
managing clients and candidates through recruitment process from carrying out initial interview to job offer and placement
negotiating rates and closing deals
ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times

Experience Required & Package
This would suit a Recruitment Consultant with between 3 to 5 years' experience and a construction background but other recruitment sectors will be considered. Bromak invest heavily in training and career development with their main goal to develop talent organically allowing trainees and Recruitment Consultants to be upskilled and be successful in becoming Managing Consultants, Divisional Managers and Regional Directors in the years ahead.
The basic salary on off for this role is between £20,000 - £24,000 with a generous, uncapped commission scheme and 30 days holiday (including public holidays). We also offer monthly top biller incentives and prizes including vouchers, early Friday finishes and team / corporate entertaining events.
