Bromak are searching for a freelance Regeneration Manager with considerable experience of working in the field of regeneration or development. The candidate will be working for Derby council on multiple high way projects in and around Derby area.
Understand and follow the City environmental policies.
Comply with all Health and Safety approaches and legislation's in execution of the obligations of the post.
Work with information technology and related frameworks as per the City Councils policies and Procedures.
Comply with standing orders, budgetary controls, compliance directions and Departmental guidelines.
Carry out obligations and duties of the post in compliance with the City Council's Equality and Diversity policy
Take part in the Boards Managing Individual Performance Scheme
A successful reputation in conveying complex projects is fundamental. The successful candidate must:
Be able to lead and manage Regeneration Managers and Support Officers within the Regeneration Projects Service to deliver the Service's business plan objectives.
Be able to Identify, assess, manage and mitigate risks relating to the priority projects for this team, including the preparation and maintenance of risk logs.
Have a high level of communication skills along with the confidence within negotiation
Experience of working with external private and public sector partners to identify and develop robust regeneration initiatives is essential.
