We are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for a Social Housing contract based in Wood Green, North London. Our Client is a leading social housing contractor, who specialise in regeneration schemes who are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Resident Liaison Officer for their project in Wood Green.
You will be predominately working on their external works scheme and as the Resident Liaison Officer, your main objective is to develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes.
Duties include: Pre entry visits and company inductions Visiting tenants in their homes to advise on when and what work is being carried out Acting as the main point of contact and liaising between tenants, Client & Contractor to deal with any problems/queries that arise Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations Visiting empty properties that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising on completion dates Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues Monitor customer satisfaction
To qualify for the role you must have previous Resident Liaison experience within the Social Housing sector, preferably of external works projects. You must also have a full driving licence and your own transport, a CSCS card and an Asbestos Awareness certificate, however, this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this on line prior to starting on site.
The role is to start ASAP and will run until 31 March 2019 (5 months). The rate of pay is negotiable depending on your experience.
