Our Client provides end to end integrated property services for customers across the North West and Midlands regions. From planning and procurement, through to construction, fit-out and property services, they work with clients across multiple sectors including housing, care, education and retail, and both the public and private sectors. They are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to work from their offices in Manchester.
The Role You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for kitchen and bathroom replacements in domestic properties in the Manchester area.
Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works
Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
Visiting tenants and advising them on completion dates, colour schemes etc.
Attending & chairing tenant forum meetings & open days to advise tenants of works being completed
Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completed
General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience of working as a TLO on social housing projects is essential, preferably on planned works.
Full UK Driving Licence
5 weeks guaranteed work (with a possible extension for the right candidate)
