Resident Liaison Officer Bolton/Bury/Manchester £11.79ph (UMB) £10.52ph (PAYE) Immediate start Fixed term 3-month contract with possible extension
The Role You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for a Kitchen & Bathroom upgrade project covering Bolton, Bury & Manchester.
Responsibilities: Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations Visiting tenants and advising them on completion dates, colour schemes etc. Attending/chairing tenant forum meetings/open days to advise of works being completed Conducting surveys Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completed General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc
Qualifications & Experience Previous experience of working as a TLO on Kitchen & Bathroom projects is essential. CSCS card (Desired not essential) You will also need an Asbestos Awareness certificate; however, this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this online prior to starting on site
