Our Client is a driven housebuilder successfully delivering superior developments to the property market. Their new homes are built upon a precedent of meticulous attention to detail and remarkable quality. Due to vast expansion, they are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy team based in the West Midlands.
Based in the Clients offices in the West Midlands and reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be providing administrative support to the wider Sales and Administration team. The role will be a 40-hour working week between the hours of 8.30am - 5pm with some weekends required if they are launching a new development.
Providing effective administration support to the Sales and Marketing department.
Maintaining departmental records, filing and archiving and general typing duties
Assisting with the setup of new sales sites
Arranging the on-site Handyman to attend to any aftercare matters
Liaising with external third parties including appointed estate agents, trades and contractors, management companies and PX providers.
Coordination of Sales meetings and agendas
Updating Company websites
Communication and supporting site sales staff
Managing and updating database enquiries
Confident with excellent organisational skills
The ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
IT literate in Word, Excel & Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A background within the property sector would be an advantage but not essential
MUST have a minimum of 3 years' experience within an office Administration position
MUST be willing to travel to other sites on occasions (Mileage & expenses paid)
MUST be happy to work occasional weekends (Days will be owed back to you with expenses & mileage paid)
Annual Salary of £18k (Plus site mileage & expenses)
25 days paid holiday
