My client are a leading specialist property developer who undertake property conversions that are complex and bespoke. They currently have a requirement for a Part Time Sales Advisor for a development based in Suffolk, working days will be 3 days a week to include Saturday and Sunday and either a Thursday, Friday or Monday, with occasional holiday/sick cover.
The development is situated within beautiful surroundings of River Stour and is within easy walking distance of the local town and famous water meadows, offering a unique opportunity to live in a historic and picturesque setting. The development consists of approx. 50 units, a mix of 1-3 bed apartments and 10 houses (3 and 4 bed semidetached and mews properties). Properties range from £200-450k.
Sales Advisor Role
Working alongside an experienced Sales Advisor you will responsible for the sale of new build properties on the development along with maintaining necessary records and documentation of all stages of the sales progress. This role will be a fixed term contract for the duration of the development (approx. 8-12 months). Duties will include:
" Dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience " Achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g. legal completions, average selling price " Providing expertise in the Company's house types, specifications, and the buying procedure " Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit " Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions " Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office " Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed. " Conducting local market research " Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety on site
" Excellent presentation & communication skills " Service driven, positive, friendly and professional " Flexible, adaptable to change, resilient under pressure " Excellent administrative and organisational skills " Understanding of property sales process from reservation to completion " Able to read sales plans, site plans, and understand 1-50 drawings " Ability to check show homes & completed plots meet required standards " Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) " Applicants with experience in the property sector are preferred " New homes or estate agency sales experience " Conveyancing and sales escalation " Understanding of mortgage and finance " Signing off properties to exceptional standards
The company offer a salary of £17,500 (pro rata) plus monthly bonuses, OTE £25k. The working hours will be 9.30am to 5.30pm.
