A Five Star house builder has exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor to join to be based on new build housing developments in the Cheshire region. The company are a medium sized builder who are proud of their reputation for quality and dedicated customer service.
Their properties range from 1 bed apartments to 5 bed detached family homes.
The company have a number of new sites due to start and have an opportunity for a Sales Advisor to be based in the Cheshire region. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the sales office for the site you are allocated to and maintaining necessary records and documentation of all stages of the sales progress. Duties will include:
" Responsible for dealing with new enquiries over the phone, via email, or face to face, tracking these enquiries a bespoke CRM system " Dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience " Achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g. legal completions, average selling price " Providing expertise in the Company's house types, specifications, and the buying procedure " Guide customers through the challenging process of buying a home, taking them through the legal and financial process, and managing third parties such as solicitors and IFAs. " Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions " Accurately record customer selections and be meticulous with the legal administration and paperwork " Keep their show home and sales office in immaculate condition, managing the cleaners and gardeners " Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit " Conducting local market research " Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety on site
The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a Sales Profession in a direct customer facing role for a house builder. You will be confident and have the ability to interact well with peers and customers. Working hours are Thursday to Monday so you must be willing to work at peak selling times including weekends and bank holidays. You will be part of a supportive and highly successful team, who take pride in selling our award winning homes and in seeing the satisfaction of their customers. In return for your skills, my client offer a basic salary of £19k-£22k (depending on experience), excellent commission scheme, pension, healthcare and further training and development.
