A regional house builder seeks to appoint a Sales Advisor to be based on a new build housing development in Bradford. The site will consist of 57 units, a mix of 3 and 4 bed houses ranging from £170-200k and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments from £95k - £120k.
Sales Advisor Role
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for the administration of the sales and liaising with purchases/prospective purchases and estate agents and achieving sales targets in accordance with the requirements laid down by the company.
" Ensure the sales centre is fully open according to current company policy " Attend sales meetings, training and meetings as directed " Promotional work - Site and show home signage, directional signs, Show home cleaning, Sales offices displays " Greeting and qualifying visitors " Recording customer information and customer follow up " Price negotiation " Weekly and monthly reporting " Market research and competitor analysis " Maintain customer enquiry database " Record customer details at reservation " Complete and distribute all documentation as required " Track and record sales progress in contact with Estate Agents, Lenders, Brokers and Solicitors " Keep and record good weekly communication with customers regarding build and sales progress
The successful Sales Advisor must have experience in a sales environment, ideally within the house building industry/estate agents. Additional requirements:
" Working key selling times and events including weekends and Bank Holidays " Proven sales skills evidenced by meeting sales targets in previous position " Broad product knowledge of the housing market " Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels " Computer literate " Ability to work unsupervised and to follow procedures " Flexible, tactful and diplomatic
In return for your skills you will be offered a basic salary up to £22k and a commission scheme (£250 per plot), 20 days holidays
