My client are a regional house builder providing quality new homes in the North West region. They currently have a new development due to start in the Cheshire area and are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their existing team.
As a Sales Advisor you will be focusing on securing reservations off-plan prior to the sales office opening, and afterwards throughout the construction and core phases of our developments. You will play a key role in enabling us to delivering company goals to sell properties on new developments.
Sales Advisor key responsibilities:
Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
Become the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
Proactively search for target customers and create appointments. Follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction
Undertake inspections and introduce the customer to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and ensure the 'after care' of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.
Follow and adhere to company procedures and standards of performanceThe successful Sales Advisor will be offered a competitive basic salary (dependent on experience), commission of £400 per plot + an additional £100 (IFA and Solicitor referrals), quarterly bonuses for achieving targets, attractive company pension scheme, healthcare and 25 days holidays. The successful Sales Advisor must have new build homes sales experience and be willing to work at key selling times (weekends and bank holidays) along with having a full driving licence. You will ideally come from the local area and will have good knowledge of the property market in the Cheshire region. You will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and under strict timescales.
