Salary: £20000 - £23000 per annum + OTE of £30k-£35k
My client is a globally integrated real estate service and money management firm operating across more than 100 markets around the globe. They have a requirement for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their Residential Sales Team in the City Centre, selling apartments in Salford Quays.
o Meeting and greeting potential purchasers o Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries o Follow up all sales enquiries o Prospect database entry and updating o Organising purchaser files and collating all relevant money laundering documents as appropriate o Development master tracker and ongoing updating o Creating scheme "bible" o External research and knowledge of competitor sites o Liaising with both the developer and purchaser solicitors o Contract chasing through to exchange of contracts and completion within prescribed timescales o Attend weekly meetings with line manager and developer o Weekly and monthly sales reporting o Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of up to £23k (OTE £30k-£35k)
Qualifications & Experience
o Proven administration and organisational skills. o Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook. o Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients. o Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. o A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work. o Self-motivated, shows initiative in taking action and responding appropriately. o Ability to work under pressure. o Experience of working in a customer facing role. o Knowledge of Manchester City Centre ideal, but not essential. o Knowledge of existing residential developments and upcoming developments ideal, but not essential.
